Our Most Popular Plug-Ins & Features:

• Content Manager* - The Content Manager lets you Control your site Structure and content exactly how you see it on your website. You can manage your site structure directly and create, move, copy and order your content through a simple to use interface. Supports multiple and Multi-lingual websites, intranets and extranets.
• Media Manager* - Upload and manage your documents, images, files in a folder structure that you create. You can upload pretty much any files you wish from music and video to PDF, CAD files and word documents whcih can then be accessed from any web page you create.
• WYSYWYG (What you see is what you get) Editor*  - If you can use Windows then you will have no problem using our CMS Editor. Using standard functions found in programs such as MS Word, editing and managing your content will be a breeze.
• Data Go Back*- With most CMS systems when you make a change and publish, it is permanent.. We have a neat module that stores your page changes and at the touch of a button you can bring up a previous version of the content, compare with the current page then restore!
• Auto Sitemaps (Including Google Sitemap)* - Google Sitemaps is a service offered by Google to help website owners with indexing and ranking on Google search. A Sitemap is an XML file that lists the URLs for a site. It enables webmasters to include additional information about each URL: when it was last updated, how often it changes, and how important it is in relation to other URLs in the site. This allows search engines to crawl the site more intelligently and helps you get listed correctly on the web's most important search engine.
  Google sitemaps can now be automatically generated by our Content Management System (CMS) to enable more reliable and frequent indexing of your site. This module also outputs a standards compliant sitemap of all content (made public) as it sits within your site structure which can be accessed from a page within your website.
• News Manager - You add the News content and our News Manager handles the rest. from displaying latest and featured news on your home page to outputting RSS feeds and integrating with membership newsletters, our system can be configured to suit.
• Membership Manager - This is not a stand-alone module, it is used at the heart of a lot of other modules. It allows you to easily handle the security and management of all web users through roles, types and permissions so whether you wish to restrict access to ‘extranet’ users or send bulk emails to your subscribers this is the tool for the job.
• Product Manager - This is a very flexible module and can be adapted to pretty much any types of products or services. The system allows you to setup and manage multi-tier categories and options right through to e-commerce integration and search filtering.
• Events Manager- Just like our news module, add and schedule your events by adding content and let the module do the rest. Calander or list based display formats, featured/next event displays, online/offline events etc. Call now for more information.
• eCommerce - Our core eCommerce system integrates with our Product/Service Manager, CMS Stats engine and Members Database to give you a fully fledged, powerful solution for online sales and Customer Management. eCommerce module can be integrated with most payment gateways, please ask for details.
• Blog (Web Log) - The web is becoming more personal so why not follow the trend and get yourself a Blog! Full blog entry control with sticky items,  puiblic comments, calendar and RSS integration/Feeds .

• Accessibility Package  -  Our experience designing systems and websites for public sector has worked its way into our CMS. We can offer a pcakage that ensures your website meets web accessibility standards. Includes compliant coding, font sizing, jump to navigation, sitemap and access keys. (Up to level AAA)
• Accessible Auto Menus  - Get fully configurable multi-tier W3C compliant Drop Down, Flyout, List Breadcrumb menus for your website. Designed to Specification.
• Meta Data * -  Insert meta data description and keywords for any page, or leave blank to default to a global meta data setting. Dublin-Core standard available.
• Auto Forms - Configurable forms that allow you to capture data into the database, e.g Membership Information, image uploads, questionaires, feedback/contact forms e.t.c.
• RSS Feeds & XML Output / Integration - Due to the CMS being based on XML/XSLT, we can configure your site to output your content as as RSS feed automatically. We can output to most XML standards such as XSPFX (XML Shareable Playlist Format) for integrating with music players and google sitemaps etc. We can output it , but we can also simply integrate feeds directly into your website.
• Image/Text Generator -  Do you find it time consuming manipulating pictures for the web? Most CMS systems require you to create and upload thumbnails for your web pages, e.g. product images as well as a larger preview image. With our image generator module it’s as simple as - upload your main image - The generator then does the rest for you, yes it creates thumbnails for our other modules automatically.
• Newsletter & Mailer- Integrated with your membership database, this module allows you to send emails and newsletters to specified groups within your database. You can even automate this from your admin system.
• Super Fast Site Search (Lucene Based)- Not every website requires a search facility, but when it is required it should be fast, configurable and allow you to monitor the search criteria and data. Our Search system does that and when integrated with our internal stats gives you an amazing tool for managing your website that can give you answers to these type of questions: ‘what is my site’s top10 searched keywords?’, ‘what is the most accessed search category’ etc.
• Multi-Level Security - Control all aspects of your website with group/role based security allowing you to limit access to content and files. Use it for client areas/ Extranet/Intranet etc.
• Multiple Domains - Our CMS will alow you to access and control multiple sites from the same web interface.
• Multi-Lingual - Our CMS uses standard XML based dictionaries for the entire client editor. So, aswell as providing your website in multiple languages, you can even configure the CMS Editor for a different language.
• Statistics - As mentioned previously these are powerful database and CMS stats, not web stats, accessed from right within the editor.  The stats API allows us to output data to your site, e.g. “Top 10 searches”, “Latest Members”, Most Popular Files Downloaded” etc. ths list is endless.
